★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honetement l'accueil, prix, est exécution des travaux étais genial (pas de deal épouvantable mais bon nos avons quand même sauver quelques sous compare à la concurrence).Quand j'ai conclu avec eux j'avait bien specifie avec M. de me faire son prix(ce une je n'a pas contester)mais c'est amis très important de ne pas manque de materiaux. Ils n'avait pas amener assez de membrane mais ce n'est pas la fin du monde! Nous sommes rendu à faire le pave uni ont manqué de poussiere de roche. Nous avons communiquer avec eux et après 3 jours ils ont conclu qu'il ne nous amenerais pas le materiel. Etant moi meme dans un domaine où le service après vente fait tous la différence je doit avouer cela laisse un goût amer.
Honestly the reception, price, execution of the work was great (no terrible deal but hey we still saved a few pennies compared to the competition). When I concluded with them I had clearly specified with Mr. to make its price (this one I did not dispute) but it is very important friends not to miss materials. They didn't bring enough membrane but it's not the end of the world! We went to make the paving stones lacked rock dust. We communicated with them and after 3 days they concluded that he would not bring us the equipment. Being myself in an area where after-sales service makes all the difference, I must admit it leaves a bitter taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait exécuter des travaux par l’équipe Stéphane Ménard cet automne (remplacement d’une partie du drain, imperméabilisation de la fondation, installation de cheminée, nettoyage de drain, caméra & DVD, rapport d’inspection). Nous avons été satisfait du service, des conseils et de l’exécution de l’ensemble des travaux. Il n’y a eu aucun délai, les matériaux nécessaires étaient disponibles et ils possédaient l’équipement adéquat. Au final nous avons pu recouvrer notre protection auprès de notre assureur.
We had the Stéphane Ménard team carry out work this fall (replacement of part of the drain, waterproofing of the foundation, installation of the chimney, cleaning of the drain, camera & DVD, inspection report). We were satisfied with the service, advice and execution of all jobs. There was no delay, the necessary materials were available and they had the right equipment. In the end, we were able to recover our protection from our insurer.
