We used the services of SOS mini excavation for our building. The repairs were well done and most importantly, completed quickly enough not to affect access to our business for an extended period.

J'ai expliqué mes plans d'aménagement à l'équipe et ils ont tout de suite pu me faire une soumission. Le prix était meilleur que les autres et le résultats de mon aménagement qui nécessitait de l'excavation est super beau. Le terrain était vraiment propre aussi quand l'équipe à quitté. Je suis un client satisfait!
The best in Gatineau! I got a quick feedback after leaving a message on their voicemail. I explained my layout plans to the team and they were able to give me a quote right away. The price was better than the others and the results of my arrangement which required excavation is super nice. The pitch was really clean when the team left too. I am a satisfied customer!

Ils sont venu enlever des cèdres chez moi et une fois terminé jamais on aurait plus savoir qu'il y avait des cèdres! Mes voisins les ont même apprécier pour leur travail rapide et professionnel qu'ils m'ont demander à qui j'avais parler pour mes travaux!
Really good company, reliable, responsible and do a great job! They came to remove cedars from my house and once finished, we would never have known that there were cedars! My neighbors even appreciated them for their fast and professional work that they asked me to whom I had to speak to for my work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus d'une semaine passee, j'ai contacte cette compagnie a travers leur site web et quelques jours apres j'ai laisse un message sur leur boite vocale. Je n'ai jamais eu de retour. La courtoisie aurait ete au moins de repondre...
Il y a trop de demande pour l'offre et l'experience client de ces compagnie laisse a desirer. Une reputation prend du temps a se faire mais se detruit en peu de temps ;)
More than a week ago, I contacted this company through their website and a few days later I left a message on their voicemail. I never got back. The courtesy would have been to at least answer...
There is too much demand for the offer and the customer experience of these companies leaves something to be desired. A reputation takes time to build but is destroyed in a short time ;)
