Vu que ces camions roulaient trop vite sur la rue Greniers nord et faisaient un bruit d'enfer ...j'ai appelé votre compagnie pour me plaindre et votre réceptionniste Mme Karine Pagé m'a très bien compris et elle m'a certifié que leurs présents et futurs clients sont leur priorité de satisfaction .... Une heure aprêt mon appel ,, la situation était améliorée de 90 % ....La compagnie Excavation Daniel Latour comprend que le confort de leurs clients est avant tout primordial pour une bonne visibilité et que le bouche à bouche est leur meilleur publicité ...... Ce n'est pas toutes les compagnies qui pensent comme la vôtre ..... Je sais que les travaux routiers doivent être faits en période estival mais dans les normes acceptable ...... Encore une fois MERCI à Mme Karine Pagé pour son merveilleux travail ,, Marcel Plante de Chertsey I made a complaint today on August 21, 2015 about the trucks that carry gravel to Chertsey .... Since these trucks were driving too fast on the street Greniers North and made a noise of hell ... j I called your company to complain and your receptionist Mrs. Karine Pagé understood me very well and she certified me that their present and future customers are their priority of satisfaction .... One hour after my call ,, the situation was improved by 90% .... The company Excavation Daniel Latour understands that the comfort of their customers is above all important for a good visibility and that the mouth to mouth is their best advertising ...... It is not all the companies that think like yours ..... I know that the road works must be done in summer period but in acceptable standards ...... Un danger pour les piétons et les véhicules sur la rue. Paving work, no flagperson, excavator operator moves backwards without looking around. A danger for pedestrians and vehicles on the street.
