I felt like her support was endless, whether it was during appointments, emails or phone calls she was always there. 2021 was my most challenging year, and I truly thank her for helping me get through it.

It took me a lot of personal soul searching to make the decision to better myself by searching out help. I looked through a number of different services before I found Jackie. Her and her team have been absolutely amazing. They got me in quickly and found me the right person. I ended up getting paired with Scott, who is not only a wealth of knowledge but has been instrumental in helping me find my best self. The team at Evolve use a great appointment system which always reminds me of my appointments and I can contact Scott if I’m ever feeling like I need help before our next session. I still have much to work on but this team is wholly supportive and I would highly recommend Jackie and her team to anyone who is thinking of seeking out help.

She goes out of her way to make room in her schedule for you to ensure that your mental health and well being is taken care of. She has done wonders for my mum, helping her through the most trying time of her life during her divorce. She provided her with tools to cope and the confidence she needed to move on and create a beautiful future for herself. Jackie has also helped me deal with childhood trauma and abuse and issues with anxiety. I didn't realize the emotional toll that my past was having on me and how much of this I was bringing into the future. She helps me create great sustainable habits and helped me understand the importance of shifting my thought process. I work with so many clients who are going through divorce and separation and I always send them to Jackie. Jackie is the best mental health professional that I have seen in the industry and she had done such incredible work for this community. I reached out to Evolve Counselling Services for help as I realized I could no longer continue my life this way and I could not make the necessary changes for a healthy life on my own. My therapist, Jackie has been counselling me for the past 12 months and I am proud to say, today, I am a recovering alcoholic, celebrating my 1 year sobriety recently. My journey has not always been easy however, working with Jackie has made me feel safe to open up to someone so completely (and honestly) so the necessary changes required have been identified and are a work in progress. This, I recognize now to be a very important first step to change. Jackie has always made me feel important and that my issues were very real and very changeable. One of the most important benefits for myself being a client of Evolve Counselling Services, in my most darkest moments, Jackie has always made herself available by returning my calls that same day even when I am in between appointments. She has always made me feel like I am her only client (even though I know I am not). I look forward to my sessions and the positive growth I continue to experience.
