β β β β β If I had a choice, I would give this place a negative review. The front desk is very rude, doesn't listen to what you have to say, and doesn't hesitate to interrupt you. They defend their teachers with a bias view and make you feel like you are to blame when their teachers can't teach properly. The teacher was rude, he ignored my questions and didn't even try to help me when I asked him to. He kept telling me to join tutorials where you can't even verbally talk and even when I manage to type out a question, he just tells me to "review my notes". I definitely could do better if I just learned the material by myself from youtube.

β β β β β The pace of the summer class is too fast. Despite we tried to follow for the first couple of lessons, it did not work out. So, I asked the school if we can postpone attending the classes to a later date so that my kid can do some prep and review first (I did not ask for refund), I get refused!
