After completing the profile he asked me to provide regarding what I wanted in a condo, I quickly realized I wasn’t yet ready to give up my home of close to 40 years. But this past July, I decided I was ready. Eugene was nonplussed by the years that had passed. He listened while I shared both dreams and needs. He then showed me four condo units in different buildings. I fell in love with the first one I visited, went back a second time and then purchased it. Next came the sale of my home.
