I've been to places like this and they're all pretty much the same: you'll end up as the one and only weird person in street clothes surrounded by a bunch of advanced students in fancy robes and black-belts. In the "first" class of the season, they'll pick up where they left off (they've been continuously working together for months/years) and conduct a bunch of drills they know by heart while you're standing there trying to copy things you don't understand and are not ready for. First principles are ignored--beginners must pay hundreds in tuition, then learn nothing from instructors. Mixing students like this is flat-out wrong and unfair to everybody involved, but they only care about money. God, places like this make me so mad.

They are amazing group of people who providing exemplary service. Kids learn much more than Karate at Etobicoke Dojo, I am really impressed. My son loves coming here for training. I would recommend this to anyone who has kids, you won't regret it.

The owner/main instructor Paulo is amazing with kids - very engaging and disciplined. The staff are fantastic - a great family atmosphere!
