★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait longuement confiance à Multi-Action pour l’étiquetage de nos produits. Par contre, nous nous sommes fait accusé d'avoir gardé ou volé un équipement que nous avons bel et bien rapporté. Même avec plusieurs faits et preuves, nous nous avons fait facturé l'équipement en question à 50% car ils ont oublié de nous faire signer l'accusé réception et qui ne la trouve plus. C'est malheureux mais pour moi ce n'est pas une façon de traiter ça clientèle et nous ne ferons plus affaire chez Multi-Action!
I have trusted Multi-Action for the labeling of our products. However, we were accused of keeping or stealing equipment that we did report. Even with several facts and evidence, we were charged 50% of the equipment in question because they forgot to sign the acknowledgment of receipt and can not find it. It's unfortunate but for me it's not a way to deal with this clientele and we will not do any more at Multi-Action!

I love how the label quality is top-notch and 100% environment friendly and now my entire product packaging is recyclable and sustainable! I didn’t have to sacrifice quality for sustainability!
