All members in this team are professional and knowledgeable, gave us good strategies to get the house sold quickly. We received five offers on the presentation day, in the end, we got 30k over asking. We would absolutely recommend this team! The whole experience was better than we can imagined.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot say enough about this team. Julia is a pro, wise, discerning, a big time go getter with class, and has huge integrity. They enlightened us about the market with a unique perspective and resources, offered drone images, and a consultation with Lucie Meloche of Total Refresh . (Lucie's help turned out to be instrumental in the sale of our house. )
Julia explained their strategy and walked us through every step of the process. We ended up listing our home on Thursday and it sold in one hour after offers came in on Monday. 21K over asking, a record in our area for our type of home, no conditions, and 4 months for a close. We were told that the open houses were done very professionally, and the work ethic, integrity and honesty were so appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend this team. They are unique in the marketplace in our opinion and their growing track record is proof.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very bad experience with their agent Tian Ying. Asked them to clean the condo before closing, they lied about it and left it the way it is. On top of that, they didn’t provide keys to my locker, my underground parking and mail keys. Super irresponsible, please avoid doing business with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to Julia Zhu open house at 3 Littlewood Court in the Stonebridge community at 3:40pm this Sunday. Rang the bell a few times, no answer, we could hear footsteps coming from the house, could see shadows, but no response at the door, no acknowledgment, at least we expected someone to open and tell us that there's another party visiting and that we should wait, or at least something. Nothing, absolutely nothing, such ignorance. We left after 20mins. Maybe they only open to Asians. Thank the premiere for hiking the foreign buyers tax to 20% and extending to all of ontario. Never deal with these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would never ever recommend their services to anyone after dealing with them, not only that, I would avoid their listings period.
I was trying to buy a house listed by their agent Yuwei Du. The deal fell through, I wasted a lot of time and money on it. The reason: incorrect information about the property, hiding or not disclosing critical legal details, not being able to get this information from the seller through their realtor. Unprofessional across the board. If only she did her due diligence and worked with the seller to validate everything and make sure the listing is correct, legal and all the information is gathered and disclosed properly, there wouldn't be any issues.
Icing on the cake: getting my deposit from them was another ordeal. Avoid them if you can.
