To make a long story short, once you contact them they are indifferent and don’t care about your needs/wants/ or your business.
They are smug and won’t even get back to your questions and/or requests to make an appointment to see them.
So disappointing as I was so excited when I came by their website, but was treated poorly twice. I figured in my head that it’s meant to be and to just forget about chasing them a third time. Don’t ever chase a company who keeps you waiting - spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
