D	Devonridge Rupert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car wash indicators often don’t work, indicating ‘drive forward’ until I am well past the wash zone, or requiring me to go ‘drive forward’ and ‘back up’ by just a little a dozen or more times before I finally hit the spot that says ‘stop’. I’ve been stuck in the car wash twice and had to have an attendant come let me out. The attendant only issued me a new wash code after a big argument. I do not recommend this Esso for a car wash.
M	Michelle Blanchard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went into this location in the earlier hours of March 20/20 a couple of Air freshners for my work vehicle. The attendant treat me like I had the plague. I understand the nervousness of the virus that causing concern for everyone, but his approach towards me was so disrespectful and rude. He kept pointing at the sign that was located by counter and refused to touch my merchandise, and told me to scan it. I immediately was put off and expressed to him that I understood the precautions we all need to be taking, but that his mannerism and his lack of talking, but only pointing at the sign and the scanner was extremely offensive and upset me. I will not be returning to this location Michelle
G	Google User on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Service I Have Ever Had! The gas pump was having a mechanical problem and the machine was saying wait for assistance. I was not able to leave my vehicle because I had my small child sleeping in his car seat. The lady refused to come out to help but persisted on trying to help me through glass. I guess I wasn't important enough so she made me wait 15 mins until she reset the pump. Why did she not do that in the first place when I needed her help? It is highly recommended to have more than 1 staff on to make sure your customer get the proper customer service and retrain your employees so that they know what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS AND WHAT THEY WERE HIRED FOR!
C	Carrie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pkg of cash washes in Jan. I was told they wouldn't expire. Car Wash closed all winter due to new system install. Won't honour those car washes. I have bought all my gas/car washes here for many years as it's convenient. I won't spend .01 here ever again. Buyer beware.

Although its a truck stop and attached to Tim Horons, busy place still, all the emplpyees try to keep this place clean. Washrooms are fullt equipped with necessary supplies and clean. Talking about the staff members: very polite and friendly. Always try to remind the stuff that you might be forgetting. They know about all the deals and never forget to suggest you to save extra money. Harsimran and Kuldeep are the employees are most of the time on shift when I go to this place. They are the best , politeness, friendly, and always greet at the front door. Being a truck driver that is the biggest thing impact on my daily routie to meet positive people and get greeted by them. All other employees are nice too, but didnt remember their names. I am glad that I get a chance to stop and say hi to such nice people. I would like to thank you for being there to serve us even in this hard times. ?????
