★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest reason this is a five star gas station is their hours. When driving home to Saskatoon from Lake Diefenbaker, I had planned on grabbing gas in Lucky Lake. However, all of the gas station there had closed at 8:00pm on a Friday night - crazy! I managed to squeeze enough kilometres out of the tank to make it to Outlook and was very happy to find this Esso open until 10:00pm ☺☺☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the Esso because of their blonde haired gas attendant. He is so helpful and friendly to everyone and goes above and beyond. Good job Marshall!! I know there were many pipeliners that specifically went there last summer because he was there. He is a real asset to the place. I also love Ivy’s cooking?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to get some work done on my car here on short notice. Mechanics were both great, really helpful and got it done right and on time. Food in the restaurant and staff were great while I was waiting also. Would highly recommend this garage, very professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in on a Sunday, place was approximately half full. Only one waitress on staff plus back kitchen staff. Even though a family of 5 of us walked past her to take our table, she never did come to give menus or take drink orders. We tried to be polite and wait our turn for service but after 20mins, we decided to leave to find service elsewhere. As we left, I was able to locate the waitress washing dishes and tidying counter. Shame as food appeared to look and smell nice for those customers who had been served. We went to a Chinese restaurant down the block and was immediately greeted and ordered placed. Won't be back to the Esso, and I'll fuel up my vehicle elsewhere as well.
