Esso - Prince Albert

I usually go to this gas station, unexpectedly I met the operator, he is a pro in customer service…will continue going there and filling up gas and washing cars.

Only giving 2 stars because I bought a bong and it came with no screen :C

I have known the guys for more than 30 years, always a great group to deal with. This is the only carwash where I wash my truck and I'm from Saskatoon. 2 Thumbs up!!

The best car wash in the city. Really cleans my exteriors efficiently. Having traveled across western Canada and gone to a few car washes I couldn't wait to get back to this one as it's the only one that gets my vehicle super clean. Truly the best in the west!!!

Good products, nice selection. But some of the staff are very unfriendly! Kiddos were yelled at, and harassed out of the store by two women. The reasoning, my bank card wasn’t working for whatever reason. And they had a slush made already. They proceeded to yell at them in front of everyone in the store. Kids came back crying. And are scared to go back without me. Always seem to feel unwelcome while shopping. Although, most of the staff are very nice! Just some workers are complete bullies!!!

This WAS my favorite car wash and gas station in town. There are others closer to my home but I would take the extra drive because I liked it so much. This evening I went to wash my vehicle and give it the full treatment and vacuuming (I usually spend $20 during a clean btw usually every two weeks whether it needs it or not). This time, I needed to change one of my headlights so I proceeded to do (takes 5 mins, if that) before I started washing. My friend was in my car tidying up garbage and stuff. There was only the owner washing his truck and my vehicle was in the next bay. The owner then came and asked if I was washing my vehicle, I told him "no, but I will be". He then went on to tell me that he needs to make a profit and that he can't have people taking up time and space, that he spent $2 million building the place, and that it wasn't a mechanic's garage. I took it in stride and said okay and that I would be washing my vehicle as soon as I was done (I only needed to clip the new light back into place at this time, it had taken less than 5 minutes). He walked away, then came and was speaking to me sternly around the bay partition, again telling me that he needed to make a profit. At this point, my friend came out of my vehicle and asked him what the problem was. It escalated until he was yelling at her to "shut up" and to leave. When she told him that I've been a good customer and spend a lot of money here, he stated that it didn't matter if I was a customer or not. He then stated that she was "worth nothing" (I guess he meant business wise, and assumed she does not own a business? Not sure.) He also had some other choice wording that I don't remember exactly but it wasn't nice. He then proceeded to yell at us to leave. His "busy" place that he was so worried about me backing up with a headlight change had one other person pull in during the 10 minutes I was there. We left, and I will never go back there again.

So many choices and options for convenient store shopping. The snacks and drinks are always fresh. The staff are awesome and make the atmophere more inviting.
