THEY RUINED MY BRAND NEW PROPANE TANK! New tank with a label that said it needs to be purged, the attendant argued with me that all new tanks are pre-purged, I insisted I wanted it purged as per the label, he took the tank from me and just filled it without purging it. Its a 5lb tank so it filled pretty quickly, by the time i realized he was just filling it not purging it, it was too late. He then proceeded to show me his certificate saying he isnt authorized to purge a tank....WHY THE HELL DIDNT HE TELL ME THAT BEFORE HE FILLED IT THEN!? Of course, the tank did NOT work properly, just sputtered gas and I was out in the bush camping with no workable gas. Fast forward a month, I am going camping again so I take it to Costco to have it properly purged, I explain what happened and that I want it purged properly and I am told they can't, you have one chance to do it right. I have phoned around and drove around asking other propane stations for a second opinion and have gotten the same answer. If you don't purge it right the first time the tank is useless. I have been on the phone yesterday and today trying to get this Esso to replace my tank and they won't! they RUINED MY $60 BRAND NEW TANK and I now have to spend another $60 to buy a new one = $120 for a 5lb tank....NOT A HAPPY CAMPER......Incompetence at its best! Thanks for the great service ESSO! I will be going to head office next. The only reason I even gave 1 star is because I had to in order to be able to write a review. ZERO starts for this Esso!

Love the staff and owner. Always here and they all know me and already know what I need. Plus, my dog loves coming here for treats.

Ok store thou numerous events with dirty gas don't know why but I've experience it at least 4 times in past 5 yrs thou timhorton drive thru as well as vape store attached at the right side back my favorite part of the whole reason I go there

Very nice, helpful people. I usually come here to get my bbq gas tank filled. This way I keep my tank and just fill it at a reasonable rate. Propane is sometime hard to come by, always good to stop by and just fill up. No lineups, as you would get at Costco, and the owner/operators always deliver with a smile.

This must be the filthiest service station I think I’ve ever been at. The garbage outside, spills with kitty litter dumped and left, very dirty pumps and forecourt. I should be so lucky to own an Esso take some pride in your business.
