★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The walls of this rental townhome are extremely thin. You can tell where Rohit cut many corners to build this complex. Their single family home construction is far superior.

Essentials has been wonderful to work with, flexible on extended our lease due to construction delays, and quick to respond to maintenance concerns. Our kids have made friends, and our neighbours are so kind! Thank you Essentials Aurora!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essential Aurora is a wonderful place to live, neighbourhood is very quiet, you have a nearby plaza and mall with everything you need for your daily needs, the Anthony Henday is two minutes away. Moreover the houses are just what our family needs, clean, spacious & the price is right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bills include water, heat, and electricity. The bills are high if you're on a budget.
The location is quiet and nice. The parking is awful and I have had many issues with it and it took months for ROHIT to take action around that. I'm still dealing with issues since mid November 2021 when I moved in. I haven't had a response in over a week from "customer service" after leaving 2 voice-mail messages and emails. Some tenants and their guests don't obey the parking rules. Aside from that, there's a nice walking trail in front of the apartment to walk your pet or your fam. The apartment itself is a beautiful place to live in.
