★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting my hair done with Monika for 10 yrs. hands down there is no one I trust more with my hair. She is excellent with colour and I like to change my colour very frequently! She also does her cuts and colours in a way that she knows will look good over time and not just when you leave the salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my hair done by Monika initially in December and went to get a colour correction to lighten the root colour of my current balayage style. This process took 3 appointments (as we had previously agreed) and by the end of the third I left the salon with hair that was extremely chemically burnt and breaking off. I contacted Monika asking for a refund for the services she provided as the process did not result in anything close to the hair colour I had requested, never mind the months of re growing and costs to attempt to keep my hair following this traumatic incident. I was offered $300 of the min $650 I spent. I was also told at that time, that she had contacted a lawyer. Instead of doing the right thing by refunding the amount paid for something that has literally destroyed my hair, she offered no apology but did threaten a law suit. Monika was originally highly recommended, but my experience on even just a customer service aspect has been mortifying. I have posted this review for anyone going to the salon, to see for themselves what transformation I experienced and make their own judgment. As of this day I have yet to receive an apology, acknowledgment or any refund for this incident.
