What a concept! Their professionalism shows in management, quality of work, punctuality and customer service. Rob has been very supportive as well.

β β β β β I would recommend Esquire homes as your New Home builder. I personally purchased 2 homes from this builder and i am very pleased with the service i received from the staff at Esquire Homes. Any service issues were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Both my homes were built with quality workmanship, exceptional finishes and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Esquire Homes if you are looking for a new home builder in the future.

β β β β β Esquire homes is by far the best and most reliable home builder in all of the GTA. The craftsmanship of their homes are second to none. Their builds are all backed by an amazing service team who have gone above and beyond from start to end, treating us like family. Michaelβs (service manager) dedication to his clients is obvious as he always goes the extra mile for us home owners and it really shows; from sharing his expert advice to following up and actually resolving any of our problems or concerns. Paul (handyman) is very productive and knowledgeable also β he gets the job done in a timely manner and not to mention, he was extremely punctual! A sincere thank you to the whole team at Esquire, from the bottom of our hearts, for making home ownership feel worry-free and enjoyable!

There has been several occasions where we needed things repaired or ordered (even outside the Tarion Warranty) Mike has been incredible and extremely helpful. He was very quick and efficient with his service. They have went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations!!!

β β β β β This is my third house buying from a builder and this is my most favorite one. Best quality material used in the house, professionally built, beatiful land escaping out side the house. We are very happy with our decision to buy home from Esquire and glad that we were able to close the house on time despite of COVID-19 pandemic. There are a few things need to be finished and fixed but Mike has them in the list to be done soon. Mike and Rob are wonderful people.

β β β β β Highlights: Excellent customer service, communication, and commitment to home owners even after 10 years and beyond Tarion warranty period
We bought our Esquire-built home brand new and have lived there for 10 years. We recently noticed an issue with the balcony that led to a leak that rotted the plywood. We reached out to Esquire for help and they were incredibly responsive and service-oriented even though we were a few years past our Tarion warranty. They didn't have to prioritize our issue, but they still replied promptly and with a genuine interest in getting the problem solved. Their service manager, Michael Luciano, was beyond professional, communicative, and kept us updated while co-ordinating the repair among multiple workers even while he was on vacation. His Esquire team, Ottavio and Louis (I hope I've spelled their names correctly!) did a wonderful job on the balcony and their roofers from Trudel & Sons did great work as well. Thank you, Esquire team!

β β β β β I'm writing this review exactly after one year we come to our new home.
We cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Esquire Homes. From the 1st day they were amazing and went out of their way to assist my wife and I through the building process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy.
Mike is doing a great job, and we appreciate him going the extra mile for us. He has made sure our all the problems we are facing with our new house fixed right away.
I would highly recommend Esquire Homes Homes to anyone looking to build a new home. You will be 100% satisfied with your decision.
