★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gem in the heart of the "Quartier des spectacles", in downtown Montreal. Great location, easy to get to via public transit, and close to several restaurants. Swanky decor in the lofts and common areas, perfect for private events. Staff is always accommodating and helpful in planning and managing events. 5 stars hands down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing time at this location taking a dance class with the phenomenal Melomat! He was amazing and everyone was super friendly. The multipurpose dance studio space itself with the mirrors was clean, fresh, sunny and vibrant especially with the curtains open. And thanfully it is upstairs so I didn't feel my privacy was being invaded being right next to the street! The location was awesome as we walked down the street to beautiful restaurants. Lots of activity happening in the streets, dancing, grafitti, cultural celebrations and more !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is disgusting, unsanitary and uncomfortable. The owner, does not provide all the necessary details about the event and most of the information you will find out will be one hour prior to your event. His head of security is rude and just tries to get you to spend more money by telling you things to make you more stressed and worried about the party. All they care about is making money and do not try to compromise with you about anything. Very disappointing and unhappy experience renting this hall. You will be wasting your time and money booking this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a really good place to practice when you’re 4 people or less.. ( it gets a little expensive otherwise) but it’s perfect for small groups.
You have a aux/Bluetooth speaker to plug into, and a relatively sound proof room depending on which room you take!
Overall pretty good spot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the SBK Baila Con Gusto social!! Visiting from out of town, 1st time attending. All ages but trending towards 20s & 30s, diverse crowd. I'm an older follower & still got asked. Good balance of leads & follows with amazing DJs. An attendee said this was the BEST social in MTL. Place was full of happy dancers showing no attitude or pretense. Everyone was just enjoying. Love the vibe!!! People running the event were lovely (entry, coat check). Vaccination certificates are checked before entry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been renting out a studio here for years now and it's always a great experience. No one comes to bother you while you're dancing and the sound systems work very well. Only downside is that I wish the bathrooms were a little better maintained, but it's nothing to cry about.
