★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had a major renovation done to our main floor (kitchen, living/dining room, bathroom and laundry room) by the team at Espace Unik. It was a big project that took approximately 6 weeks to complete and it looks amazing! We're very pleased ! Andrew and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and detail oriented, which we appreciated. They worked hard to complete our project on time and we would absolutely recommend them for any project. Andrew always took the time to listen to our concerns and questions and provide knowledgeable feedback . Thank you Andrew, Matt, Leo and Andre! We'll be seeing you again for phase 2!

His attention to detail was excellent, and he exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond to make sure our project was completed on time. The guys are hardworking and very professional. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Andrew Rubik did the first segment of the deck 2 years ago and it was a pleasure working with him and his father. It was done perfectly . He came several times to measure gives his ideas and to make sure I’m comfortable with the design both agreed to.
This year I ask him to redo the other part of the deck.mr. Rubik and his team were so punctual, very professional and we all work together as a team. Everyone was impressed with the deck and wanted to know who was the builder.
I highly recommend this company to anyone.

It was a great experience from the beginning to the end so this year we decided to work with them again for our kitchen renovation. Again, we couldn't be happier :) Our neighbor came to see our project and liked what he saw and also went with Espace Unik for his reno project. I have to say the team is very organized, experienced, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, on top of having a very reasonable price. Can't wait to do our next project with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Espace Unik created a multilevel deck for us in cedar with a privacy wall/bench. I had lots of ideas but the ideas Andrew proposed were better. We can`t thank them enough for their diligence, good humour and quick work. I waited 10 years for this deck and got better than what I had hoped for. If you want respect and efficiency, you will not go wrong with this team.

Andrew and his team of hardworking professionals dismantled and removed my old deck, and built me the deck of my dreams: 12'x24' feet of gorgeous cedar, with a pergola and under-deck storage. They even stained/protected it. They're skilled, efficient, tidy, and super nice guys. My job came in on time and on budget - exactly what I hoped and expected. I highly recommend Espace Unik!
