We had a very challenging process on getting our 1st mortgage, didn’t get the bank instruction till the day of closing, nothing are finalized from the bank/broker day before closing, had all our papers/payment revised day before and on the day of closing, and a lot more nerve wrecking issues on closing date. Can’t believe how he was able to stay on top of our mortgage issues and fix it literally right away. Such an amazing work, excellent communication and very organized.
Erikson Law Firm is Highly recommended!!!!

Val is not cheap but his service is far superior to any many other lawyers. He takes care of all his clients and you can just relax.
