I started with a smaller investment to get a feel and have added to that investment more than once. I like that I can understand what they do and that they are investing my money in something real.
Anyone who wants to invest in real estate should check them out. Great company!

With the Equiton Apartment fund I’m now invested in a large pool of rental apartment buildings; something I would have never been able to accomplish as an individual investor. And I'm really pleased with the returns I'm getting!
