★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 45' Boom Lift and confirmed the week before. Showed up the day of the project and they didn't have it for me. lesson learned confirm you have the equipment before booking the site.
UPDATE: I booked some more equipment with EC Tillsonburg and was a much better experience, looks like my first situation was just a fluke.
