★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sweet lady Pat ( I think that’s her name) at the reception desk is very professional and likes her job , unlike Marissa, the sales rep. Who walks around mask less, and freaks out when customers show up while she has NO mask on. As sales rep. Customer service appears NOT one of her skills; she seems to have preferences for one particular ethnic group. As potential buyers, we were rudely asked to leave bc we spent over an hour touring houses, while we were waiting outside for other buyers to leave the model home, so we can enter it each time, by following Covid protocol put in place. We are buying a house not grocery shopping ma’am! I wonder if for this community, certain ethnic groups are treated that way to discourage them from buying, I hope I’m wrong!
Overall, the community is very beautiful. The residents organize once a year their community garage sale in July, where you get to meet very kind people.
