f	fan li on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been 5 weeks after my pre-audit for Enbridge Home Energy Conservation Program and no energy report in site!! They kept giving me the run-around: staff was not on duty, issues with technicality, ask me to ask another colleague etc....just told me to go ahead for the installation. I paid the energy advisor as soon as he walked out the door. This is an update on my last review. I got my report. I really appreciate how Mr Meyer called me on my phone and apologized for what happened. Would I use this company again? I would. Because I met and talked with their staff in the office and I think they are professionals.

I've reached out a few times and they don't answer and the "mailbox is full" and it's a rough time to get an energy audit in Ottawa!

Got the audit done, then waited 2 months for a reply on qualifying for the rebate...during this time, I tried to follow up/call...impossible to get though. In the meantime, I could have gone with Enbridge, which I am doing now. Sadly will miss out on bonus rebates with Enbridge which end in June 2022. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT choose EnviroCentre for your needs.
E	Eric Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy to non-existent customer service after the fact. They are not much more than a call centre that subs out the work. The contractor they sent to do my audit was fine and did a decent job as far as I can tell but dealing with EnviroCentre has been a hassle. You'd be in trouble if you had a serious issue after the audit was complete : they never answer their phones and their automated system had been messed up for at least a month (and probably longer based on other reviews). I would look elsewhere. I gave 2 stars because at least I got an audit done.

We were able to schedule our audit easily and Scott, our expert auditor was super responsive and helpful with information about the process and in explaining the results. Being a well known player in the Ottawa Environmentalist Movement we were very happy to have them on our side as we navigated the NRCan Greener Home Grant and Better Homes Ottawa Loan program.
M	M R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many other people here I booked with Envirocentre to get a pre-renovation home energy audit done for the Canada Greener Homes grant. They were sure to take my money right away and then subcontract the actual work to someone else. The energy assessment was done well and quickly but it's been THREE MONTHS and they still haven't done their job. I've already had a heat pump installed and I'm still waiting for them to upload my documents to NRCan. Absolutely shameful service. Since January all of my emails have been unanswered and no one in the office has been picking up the phone. One more thing, they kept saying it was NRCan that was the hold up but I finally went and called them and they told me their were no more issues from their end and that envirocentre hadn't filed a single page on my behalf. TL:DR - If you are looking for someone to do your home energy evaluation of the Greener Homes Grant DO NOT PICK ENVIROCENTRE!
