Our Team
Our PhD Registered Psychologists specialize in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. CBT is a highly effective form of psychotherapy that challenges negative thought patterns in order to alter unwanted behaviours or thought patterns associated with ailments such as anxiety and depression.

Pricing
Our services are billed at $190/hour. We accept credit, debit, cash, and cheques. Direct billing is available.
