J'ai attendu 1h et ne s'est jamais présenté. Je l'ai appelé plusieurs fois et laissé un message mais plus de réponse. Ne rappelle même pas.Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Je ne le conseille à personne. VERY BAD SERVICE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL !!! I had an appointment and the person never showed up on time. I called, he tells me he's coming soon. I waited 1 hour and never showed up. I called him several times and left a message but no response. Don't even call back.Very bad customer service. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Au 3e coup de fil je parle a quelqu'un qui me dit qu'il s'en viens pour faire le travail, mais comme au début, la personne ne se présente pas et donnes aucun coup de fil pour aviser ou pour reporter. Très mauvais service à la clientèle. Je ne le conseille pas pour ma part. Very bad service. .I had an appointment and the person never showed up on time. At the 3rd phone call I speak to someone who tells me that he is coming to do the work, but as at the beginning, the person does not show up and gives no phone calls to advise or report. Je suis très satisfaite et j'aimerais l'engager temps plein et le garder juste pour moi! J'espère qu'il travaillera pour moi longtemps! I have a Bed and Breakfast in Granby and for the past week, Patrick has been helping me with housekeeping. This one is reliable, very nice and versatile. I am very satisfied and I would like to hire him full time and keep him just for me! I hope it will work for me for a long time!

N'habitant pas présentement dans le logement, nous étions craintifs de faire les travaux à distance, mais nous avons fait confiance et nous ne le regrettons pas! My spouse and I are really satisfied with the services, not only was the work done well and quickly, but the customer service was beyond our expectations, thank you for the advice and the personalized service. Not currently living in the accommodation, we were afraid to do the work remotely, but we trusted and we don't regret it!
