Ce sont des charlatans aucunement professionnels qui remettent pas le dépôt des gens. Mon mari a malheureusement eu la malchance de penser qu’il faisait affaire avec une compagnie honnête pour la construction d’un chalet à Saint-Alphonse de Rodrigues pour le projet du lac Gerard. Déjà, ils ne repondent jamais dans les délais et sont incapables de justifier leur prix. Lorsqu’on a décidé de ne plus faire affaire avec eux, suite à un dépôt de sécurité de 5K, ils ont arrêté de répondre comme par enchantement. Une entreprise qui est meme pas capable de te remettre 5000$ alors qu’elle se veut construire des chalets de plus de 450K ! WORST ENTREPRENEUR! If you ever consider taking them save yourself and look elsewhere !!! These are by no means professional charlatans who do not hand over people's deposit. My husband unfortunately had the misfortune of thinking that he was dealing with an honest company for the construction of a chalet in Saint-Alphonse de Rodrigues for the Gerard Lake project. Already, they never respond on time and are unable to justify their price. When it was decided not to do business with them anymore, following a 5K security deposit, they stopped responding as if by magic. A company that is not even able to give you $ 5,000 when it wants to build chalets over 450K!
N	Nectarios Petropoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never again. Construction was delayed, from may 2020 delivery to end october 2021. Linda is all smiles at the beginning and very polite, but when the sale is done and their are problems she is hardly ever available anymore. They never put a door handle on one of my doors, they drilled 4 wholes in the front part and 4 in the back and attached 2 pieces of plastic where the door handles belong! And where talking an almost 500 000$ brand new construction. We are in Mars 2022 and they still have not fixed it. They did not install the front door correctly neither, so their is a slight angle to it and it ices up because it doesn't seal just right. I've since had to do many repairs out of pocket with my own handyman, simply because they where irresponsive or their delays were too long. Imagine 8 to 12 emails later, multiple phones, sometime she would pick up notice its me and say ill call you right back, then it would be me trying to call her back for 1 or 2 weeks. Absolutely disrespectful to clients. She kept telling me its because of covid that they did not have some materials but my handy man would show me pictures of home depots and rona's having the exact model we needed available. Just an overall extremely painful situation that I would not repeat or wish upon no one. Simply to busy to take care of their clients after the sale. Maybe because it does not pay to service clients after the sales, they seem like a front loaded business model company. Overall workmanship was - ok - at best, but was not turn key as expected. Had to request electrician to return because at least 3-4 plugs where not functional. On and on. Anyways. To who it may concern, beware.
