★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are very incompetent and unprofessional. I rented a premium vehicle and ended up with a compact ( the did reduce the price but did not give me the car I wanted). Very disappointed. I recommend other enterprise locations such as the one north of Yonge and steeles. Taking the car back is a pain too, its located in the lower floors of the hotel. horrible service overall:/

they gave me a nice car by free upgrading, such a good surprise.
no membership fee, no miles fee.
for day renting, I'm pretty sure that I will rent the car from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know where these negative posts came from. Arrived at 6 am, the staff was extremely helpful, even bumped me up a half class, quick and extremely respectful, the guy at drop off was very polite and extremely efficient as I was a bit late for my departure. Will rent here again
