â â â â â Prenez BEAUCOUP de photos du vĂ©hicule intĂ©rieur et extĂ©rieur avant et aprĂšs la remise afin dâavoir des preuves tangibles. Ils vous facturent des bris qui existaient dĂ©jĂ . (Par chance jâai quelques photos) Pour le reste, ils ont agi de façon malhonnĂȘte et je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
Take LOTS of photos of the interior and exterior vehicle before and after the handover to have hard evidence. They charge you for breakages that already exist. (Luckily I have a few pictures) Otherwise they've been acting dishonestly and I don't recommend this place.

â â â â â Comme par hasard, pour la 2eme fois, je vois deux Pick-Up stationnĂ©s devant la succursale et j'en rĂ©serve un sans aucun problĂšme mais on m'appelle pour annuler sans aucun motif..
Une autre fois, on me propose le pire SUV et la gérante ne voulait pas me l'échanger et me dit qu'elle n'a rien par contre quand j'ai insisté et j'ai voulu annuler, elle me l'a échangé!
Je réserve trÚs souvent chez Enterprise depuis 2015 mais ça m'arrive seulement avec la succursale de Repentigny!
Une politique douteuse Ă revoir!
As if by chance, for the 2nd time, I see two Pick-Ups parked in front of the branch and I reserve one without any problem but I am called to cancel without any reason..
Another time, I was offered the worst SUV and the manager didn't want to trade it to me and told me that she had nothing, however when I insisted and wanted to cancel, she traded it to me !
I book very often with Enterprise since 2015 but it only happens to me with the Repentigny branch!
A questionable policy to review!

So much unacceptable behavior from rental rep and return manager
Cleanliness of the vehicle leaves something to be desired! Didn't take the criticism..... We'll go somewhere else next time!

Nous avons tĂ©lĂ©phonĂ© plusieurs fois chez entreprise avant de rĂ©cupĂ©rer le vĂ©hicule de location, pour s'assurer de la disponibilitĂ©, mais personne ne rĂ©pondait alors que nous Ă©tions dans les heures d'ouverture. Nous nous sommes dĂ©placĂ©s sur place pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer le vĂ©hicule, mais la personne derriĂšre le comptoir a refusĂ© de nous remettre un vĂ©hicule malgrĂ© que nous avions un numĂ©ro de rĂ©servation entreprise prĂ©vilĂšge Ă©mis par la compagnie d'assurance. L'employĂ©e a dit qu'elle ne voulait pas s'occuper de traiter notre dossier malgrĂ© qu'elle voyait notre nom dans le systĂšme. Nous avons mĂȘme demandĂ© de louer un vĂ©hicule Ă notre nom et que nous allions nous occuper de se faire rembourser par la compagnie d'assurance, mais l'employĂ©e ne voulait pas non plus. Elle n'Ă©tait vraiment pas aidante et nous ne comprenons pas pourquoi elle agissait ainsi. Son comportement Ă©tait inacceptable. ĂvĂ©nement du 27 avril 2022.
Précédemment, nous avons aussi un autre événement décevant avec cette succursale entreprise alors le véhicule qu'on avait réservé n'était pas disponible lorsque nous sommes arrivés au centre de location. On promet des véhicules et puis on arrive et rien n'est disponible.
Nous louons souvent des véhicules pour des évÚnements, et le service n'est vraiment pas bon à cette succursale. Il vaut mieux aller à la succursale de l'Assomption qui offre un service A1.
TrÚs décevant 2 en 2.
Following a car accident, the insurance company gave us a company SUV reservation number. We called the company several times before picking up the rental vehicle, to ensure availability, but no one answered when we were in opening hours. We went there to pick up the vehicle, but the person behind the counter refused to give us a vehicle despite the fact that we had a previlege company reservation number issued by the insurance company. The employee said she didn't want to deal with our file even though she saw our name in the system. We even asked to rent a vehicle in our name and that we would take care of getting reimbursed by the insurance company, but the employee didn't want to either. She really wasn't helpful and we don't understand why she was acting like this. His behavior was unacceptable. Event of April 27, 2022.
Previously, we also had another disappointing event with this corporate branch where the vehicle we had reserved was not available when we arrived at the rental center. We promise vehicles and then we arrive and nothing is available.
We often rent vehicles for events, and the service is really not good at this branch. It is better to go to the Assumption branch which offers A1 service.
Very disappointing 2 in 2.

â â â â â I was going to Discount before, they merged with Enterprises. The two times I went there I had problems. Can't record my name properly in their system, had a car half empty of gaz, can't have my receipt, can't record my e-mail properly in their system. They said they would have me a discount because I filled their car and I didn't received one...people at the desk made me repeat like 5 times my infos. The car was clean and the people were nice, that's about it, nothing compared to the fast and helpfully service of discount. Will update my review for next visit
