★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai choisi une des psychologues pour enfants qui pouvait avoir des disponibilités pour faire un suivi avec mon fils de soir ce qui a fonctionné parfaitement pendant 3 ou 4 mois. Arrivé aux vacances d’été de la psychologue de mon fils, elle m’avait offert de faire affaire avec elle, toujours de soir à la nouvelle clinique qui était sur le boulevard des chutes tout près de chez moi ce qui faisait mon affaire. Lorsque j’ai essayé de céduler un rendez-vous avec la psy, on m’a dit que cette psychologue ne ferait en fin de compte pas affaire avec la clinique de beauport. Alors à partir de ce moment SILENCE RADIO, je fais un appel à son bureau pour reprendre rendez-vous pour mon fils toujours de soir mais elle me fait dire par la secrétaire qu’elle ne pratique plus de soir. Je demandes à la secrétaire de lui faire la demande de retourner mon appelle afin de lui parler, mais rien. AUCUN APPELLE de sa part. Elle ne me retourne aucun appelle. Pendant plus de 4 mois j’essais en vain de la contacter afin de pouvoir lui parler mais rien à faire. Elle se fou totalement de ses clients. Cette psychologue ne donne aucunement bonne image à cette chaîne de clinique pour enfants. Vous comprendrez que je ne peux pas changer de psychologue car il fallait qu’elle crée un contacte qui peu prendre plusieurs séance avec mon petit bout de choux de 5 ans et il faudrait tout recommencer à zéro si je décidais de changer de psy. Bref je ne vous conseille aucunement la psychologue Marie-Claude Lessard car je n’aimes aucunement la façon dont elle traite ses clients en les ignorants et on refusant de retourner leurs appels. Autrement dit, elle abandonne mon fils et le suivi qu’elle avait débuté avec lui.
I chose one of the child psychologists who could have availability to follow up with my evening son which worked perfectly for 3 or 4 months. Arrived at my son’s psychologist’s summer vacation, she had offered to do business with her, always in the evening at the new clinic which was on Boulevard des Chutes, very close to my home, which made my business. When I tried to schedule an appointment with the shrink, I was told that this psychologist would ultimately not do business with the Beauport clinic. So from that moment on SILENCE RADIO, I make a call to her office to make an appointment for my son, who is still in the evening, but she tells me by the secretary that she no longer practices in the evening. I ask the secretary to ask her to return my call to speak to her, but nothing. NO CALLS from him. She doesn't return any calls to me. For more than 4 months I tried in vain to contact her so that I could speak to her but nothing to do. She totally cares about her customers. This psychologist does not give any good image to this chain of children's clinics. You will understand that I cannot change my psychologist because she had to create a contact who can take several sessions with my little 5 year old little one and I would have to start all over again if I decided to change my therapist. In short, I do not recommend the psychologist Marie-Claude Lessard in any way because I do not like the way she treats her clients by ignoring them and refusing to return their calls. In other words, she abandons my son and the follow-up that she started with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu du service. Après une rencontre et une visite a domicile, le psychoeducateur n'a pas donné de nouvelles. Après plusieurs semaines d'attente, nous avons appelé pour nous pleindre et nous nous sommes fait donné quelques pistes de solutions au telephones. Ces pistes nous ont semblées 'garoché' et peu étoffé ET facturé. Pas très satisfait de cela nous avons essayé de faire annuler la facture du téléphone pour ensuite nous faire menacer d'envoyer un collecteur. Bref très déçu et notre enfant pas du tout aidé.
Very disappointed with the service. After a meeting and a home visit, the psychoeducator did not give any news. After several weeks of waiting, we called to fill us up and we were given some possible solutions on the telephone. These tracks seemed to us 'garoché' and little fleshed out AND billed. Not very happy with that, we tried to have the phone bill canceled and then threatened to send a collector. In short, very disappointed and our child not helped at all.

Pour mon fils de 9 mois, nous sommes suivi par Catherine, ergothérapeute, une vraie perle. À l’écoute, humaine, emphatique, généreuse de son temps, elle aime son domaine et sa clientèle, ça se voit ! Ses suivis sont serrés, son approche est adapté et ses interventions pertinentes. Je me considère reconnaissante d’avoir une professionnelle aussi qualifiée dans le dossier de mon fils.
If you are looking for a place to help you deal with the difficulties of your child or your baby, I recommend the Enoya clinic. For my 9 month old son, we are followed by Catherine, occupational therapist, a real pearl. Listening, human, emphatic, generous with her time, she loves her field and her clientele, it shows! Its follow-ups are tight, its approach is adapted and its interventions relevant. I consider myself grateful to have such a qualified professional on my son's file.
