★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've enjoyed many great games at Enigma over the years but had a terrible experience on thd phone with a customer service rep. They told me there was no way a group of two could do a specific room ( we have before ) and that she couldn't book us in with less than four because there is no way we could complete it. I guess I will take my money elsewhere for escape rooms if they don't need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First room we went into wasn't properly reset. It caused a lot of confusion and pain for the entire room because we didn't know what was broken and what was proper. Some of the locks were just awful to deal with, where even with the right code you had to really yank on the lock to open it almost breaking the prop it is attached to. Overall few puzzles were interesting, but majority of them were uninspired. The staff were nice though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this location for the first time in October 2021. This was my first entertainment outing in over 1.5 years! Myself and 6 friends did Murder at Mardi Gras. It contained 3 rooms in total.
The first room was great but the second room was extremely small. There were 7 of us in there. It was very hot, squishy and not easy to move around in at all. Also the second room had an IPAD like device that you had to use for a clue and it was filthy...covered in finger prints. High touch areas really should be sanitized after each group to make your guests feel safer and more comfortable during these crazy times!
The third and final room screamed Mardi Gras. A lot of vibrant colours and masks! Very well decorated!
We did not escape but we certainly had a great time! This evening brought myself and friends together that I had not seen in over a year and a half! It gave us all a sense of fun old times...a sense of normalcy. Thank you for that!
Will I return?.....Hellz yeah!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a lot of fun! You have to put your thinking cap on and there is a learning curve. Once you realize you can only use one object once in the room it becomes easier. We will do it again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fun. Five of us did the VooDoo one. Puzzles were difficult but not insane and assistance is available if you ask (though you can also tell them no hints). Small jump scares but nothing actually scary (in this scenario). We finished it with 12 minutes to spare so it was hard and fun enough to be worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it wasn’t the best one honestly. The voodoo island room the lock wouldn’t open even though the person watching us said we did the code right. She came in and helped us open it and gave us 5 extra minutes. But we couldn’t finish. We went to get out! Escape room and we had so much more fun
