J	Jon Elias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enhanced Hearing Centres has a new ownership. Their sales tactics are aggressive, constant and triggers rage. The woman working the front desk is an amazing and wonderful person. Their audiologists must be paid on commission for hearing-aid sales. After booking my own appointment I had been receiving strange out of area phone calls multiple times a day from phone numbers that had no reverse look-up information online (I do not answer calls from unknown numbers that do not leave messages). After a few weeks I answered one of the calls to find that it was their corporate head office that goes by a different name and that they would like to book an appointment with me. I also received a mailed letter, thinking this was a mailed confirmation of my appointment and finding it to only be advertising to buy hearing-aids. The aggressive solicitation is far too much from this new group of people. The receptionist has been there for some time now and is the only thing good now about that operation. If you are from the Steinbach area and need to get your hearing tested and do not want to have someone shove the idea of buying hearing-aids down your throat, go to Winnipeg.

And the respect given by the staff to us seniors requiring them. I looked into the field for a few years.So I was prepared to ask questions and knew how much I was prepared to pay. I had no insurance credit cards. Instead saved for several years. Thank you Trícia for the wonderful service. And the knowledge that you know. You explained everything in down to earth manner. Again thank you for all.
