Noel is a registered Professional Engineer, with Permission to Consult in Structural Engineering. He has over 13 years experience in engineering and project management. His experience working as a field engineer and a structural designer has earned him valuable expertise on a variety of residential and commercial construction projects involving wood, steel and concrete. Noel is bilingual, fluent in both English and French.
