I've had my old windows replaced with new ones from EnerGuard and have never been so happy, these windows are high quality, the staff are very knowledgeable and I give them 5 stars. Thanks EnerGuard for a superior product!!!

We had no problem with the purchasing of our windows a few years ago but now have fogging. The warranty communication has been terrible, numerous emails, they tell us one thing and then don't carry through. It has been 9 months and still not any closer to a solution.

After speaking with Angelo and him telling me to “shush and he will hang up the phone if I don’t let him speak”. All I was doing was explaining our situation and he kept cutting me off. He had me in tears as he belittled me. He talked like he knew my place and situation without even being at my home. I lost respect for this business. I called regarding one of his products he proceeded to read from his website how his warranty works. I already read it so that is why I was calling for clarity. As I explained the situation with our product and that the person who installed it won’t get back to us. He was belittling and said I will call you next week to discuss coming to see the product and he never called back. I was done as he was so rude and treated me like I don’t know anything. At the end of the call he said “If you were thinking of calling higher up to complain I am the higher up.” He will find every excuse to make you believe his product is not faulty or could not possibly be faulty. Blamed the installer whom he seems to do a lot of business with. The product was so badly warped the winters have sucked for 3years. Because his product can’t possibly have flaws. The installer chose to not answer any of my texts or calls to give us the name of the product to get help. We weren’t looking for freebies we were looking for answers to get this fixed. Angelo energuard blamed the installer and we believe they must have know the product was defective as the refused to contact us. The installer had done other work for us we liked him a lot but wouldn’t help us either. Anyone who belittles any Client women especially should be ashamed of themselves. I was calm and nice and even stopped explaining and listened after he shushed and threatened to hang up on me just so I could see if there was a chance to get help. No customer should be brought to tears for supporting a local business I could never talk to anyone the way he spoke to me. It is ok to say I am sorry my product is flawed let’s make this right.

Upon ordering our windows we had a good experience with the staff, however after installation the three windows are foggy, I have called and emailed pictures as we have warranty on the windows. I have not recieved communication at all. It has been over a year, 5 emails, over 20 phone calls. Pretty unsatisfactory warranty service.
