★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'adore m'y entrainer. Les salles sont peu fréquentées jusqu'à 16h30. Ce qui est parfait pour les personnes timides et gênées comme moi. Le côté réservé aux femmes est génial. Employés serviables, chaleureux et accueillants.
 I love to train there. The rooms are not very busy until 4.30 p.m. Which is perfect for shy and shy people like me. The women-only side is awesome. Helpful, warm and welcoming employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent gym ! Le personnel est toujours souriant et sympathique, on s'y sent important. La salle et les appareils sont super propres !! On y retrouve des gens de tous types, de tous âges, de tous niveaux, ce qui nous rend à l'aise. Je conseille sans hésiter cet endroit.
En plus, il y a une halte garderie gratuite, mes enfants adorent y aller pendant que je m'y entraîne.
Excellent gym! The staff is always smiling and friendly, it feels important. The room and appliances are super clean !! We find people of all types, of all ages, of all levels, which makes us comfortable. I recommend this place without hesitation.
In addition, there is a free daycare stop, my kids love to go while I train.

I like this gym because they are welcoming. They enforce health measures. You feel comfortable coming here and they are always available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Albeit a bit expensive compared to other places, it isn't as packed everyday and has a lot of benefits that costs extra at other gyms such as non-timed showers, locker room access, dry sauna and group workout activities. Music does get a bit repetitive over time, but that is easily fixed with your own personal music player.
