Nous avons 5 portes patio maison bigénération, valeur de $30,000 de grande porte patio. depuis jour 1 nous avons des problèmes. Porte mal ajustés, Infiltration d'air entre les panneaux et infiltration d'eau lorsqu'il pleu dans les portes. Faite au Québec mais service comme si faite en Chine. Aurais du acheté produits faite ailleurs qu'ici. Vraiment mauvais.....
Poor quality, water infiltration, no after sales service.
We have 5 bigeneration house patio doors, value of $ 30,000 of large patio door. since day 1 we have had problems. Door poorly adjusted, Air infiltration between the panels and water infiltration when it rains in the doors. Made in Quebec but service as if made in China. Should have bought products made elsewhere than here. Really bad.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons acheter une porte patio OVERTURE depuis le mois d'août, 12 semaine d'attente puisqu'en modifiant les grandeur à 4 semaine de commande, un fois la porte installé par leur installateur, la porte de ferme pas, nous sommes pris avec une porte sans coupe froid, aucune nouvelle de la compagnie et du service, nous debutons les vacances des fêtes et nous allons devoir attendre. Moi qui à deja tout payé aucun service après vente , je ne recommande aucunement cette compagnie. Avant de prendre possession de la demeure un laveur de vitre à nettoyer tout les vitres et les vitres de cette porte patio OVERTURE a des éraflures à grandeur, mais pas les autres vitre de d'autre compagnies, pourquoi? Je suis pris avec de gros problème non résolu depuis sont installation le 19 Nov dernier. à suivre.... décevant
