Josh was fantastic to deal with, made great suggestions where we didn’t feel pressured to buy anything, but was so helpful we felt good about purchasing our floors from them! The guy who helped deliver our flooring was really friendly & had a great attitude about carrying heavy laminate up our duplex stairs. We will be purchasing our floors from them again in the future forsure :)

Pricing was very competitive and delivery was sooner than anticipated...not something that is common right now! A great experience overall and highly recommend!

Blair Fenton did a great job of offering advice and flooring solutions that best met our needs. He gave us as many samples as we wanted, and offered nice big pieces so we could really see how the floors would look. End of the Roll is ICC certified and Blair is their Restoration Specialist. This was the first time we have had an insurance claim and Blair made the process effortless. The floor installation and transitions are absolutely perfect. We love our new waterproof laminate floors!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to replace the flooring in our home due to water damage. They knew about our situation before we went in and we were able to bring home multiple samples to make our decision. Any issues we had were mostly resolved same day, although we did have to do a few follow-up calls when we weren't contacted when they said we would be (although the staff member working with us left halfway through our dealings with them, so it's possible things were missed in the transition). That being said, our floor is amazing, easy to clean and looks fabulous. We would definitely take a look there if we plan to replace more flooring in the future.
