★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lucia #3 Light Therapy is amazing!! It really helped me to move beyond my thought pattern loops. Each session is unique in its own way. I felt physically stronger after just 1 session. There is something powerful and magical that happens between you and the light.

It was a real eye-opener (and mind opener!) to discover how energetic I felt after the session, and how clear-headed the rest of the day felt. I believe a big part of the session is the way Beth prepared me for it & discussed things afterward - she has a natural gift for putting people at ease. Looking forward to the next one!

If you are looking to treat yourself to some inner light try the Lucia light out....oh and Beth is a gem. A top notch tour guide. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been receiving light therapy for several months. I have received amazing results with my mind and spirit. It is deeply relaxing and so interesting. I am amazed how my brain reacts. The calm lasts for days and I find it much easier to go into a meditative state.
Everyone’s experience is somewhat unique, just like everyone’s body is a bit different. It has been particularly beneficial during the winter months with so few hours of sunlight.
Beth is a kind and enlighten woman with a deep caring for her clients. I am filled with gratitude to have found her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't sure what to expect for my first light therapy experience, but after my first session I was filled with feelings of euphoria, calmness, and stillness. Beth was a wonderful facilitator who took the time after the light therapy to discuss my experience with her, this was appreciated and helped me integrate my experience into my daily life. I highly recommend Beth and light therapy, I will be going again!
Also, the effects of the light therapy lasted well over a week, and even eased me of my car anxiety for months after the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beth is amazing. Very knowledgeable, kind and gentle. The light therapy is an incredible experience. For me it greatly assists in clearing my mind of negative thoughts. The light is very stimulating and relaxing. I have had a number of treatments over a period of time and found it helped to open my third eye, release old unwelcome thoughts, release old routine patterns and very relaxing. I often come out of a session with much joy laughing and happy. Thanks Beth for offering these amazing light therapy sessions.
