★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enbridge technician refused to take off his outdoor shoes when entering my house! When I asked him to remove them he told me my house was a work place and if he fell without his boots on WSIB would sue me. I even tried to offered disposable booties and he also refused to wear. He tracked all sorts of dried mud/grass bits into the house -following up with Enbridge to make them cover the cleaning of the carpets. 0/5 stars
