★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst waste collection we've dealt with. We've lived in a number of cities and have never experience such bad waste service. Poor communication (make changes to the rules and don't properly notify, damaged waste bins, etc.).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever. The lady I talked to today regarding a missed pick up (not the first time) was awful and the company should be ashamed to employ someone that clearly is miserable. She had an excuse for everything. Poor poor poor experience dealing them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are a small townhouse complex of 21 units and today when they picked up my green recycle bin they spilled and only picked up 1/2 from the ground. When we returned the bin to our yard there was still waste inside full of magets. Very sloppy work ethics at least make sure the bin is empty. This is not the first time this has happened other owners complain as well. Not happy with EMTERRA but this is the company the city uses so we are forced to use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could leave a 0 star about this location because they're incompetent and ignorant in their office. Some drivers are nice and respectful but it's like they hire whoever without any kind of interaction. I've never been so annoyed by a company before. One driver gave my mother the middle finger because she asked them to not throw our garbage bin. They continuously leave the bins in the middle of the street or upagainst our vehicles and today your office woman hung up on my husband because he didn't understand why our garbage wasn't picked up. All because their drivers were too lazy to walk around a vehicle that was parked in front of the bins. Even though the recycling and compost never had an issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can never return phone calls. Garbage is hardly ever picked up for 3 out of 4 houses on my street. Let's also note that if I could offer a lower score I would. These guys are absolutely ridiculous. You can call an hr straight with zero answer.
Edit finally got a phone call back after calling and emailing multiple people. Thank you to the manager for contacting.
