She is great at what she does and her sessions are perfect for removing fears or any kind of issue you’d like to release so that you can move on and forward. Just one session with Anne had such an impact in my life! I thought I went in to work through my fear of dancing yet it actually revealed as a fear of self expression! Over the following months this one session has positively impacted my life in so many profound ways, branching off into numerous areas. I left the session feeling good but unsure if it did anything. It took a few weeks for me to notice the small changes and evolvement of my life but now when I look back I can’t even imagine being “stuck” as I was before and not realizing what I was missing! Everyone has fears, small or big, and removing them opens up a space for clarity and the ability to react to currently life events and make decisions from a clear mind. I highly suggest to anyone to write down a list of their fears and then tackle each, one by one, in a session and see your world and new possibilities just open up.
