Je suis dans une forme physique parfaite. Ca fait 3 entrevues que je passe en usine ou je connais le travail par coeur. Je l'ai fait des annees. J'ai une grande experience des usines de plastique, caoutchouc. On me fait croire toutes sortes de fausses raisons pour ne pas m'employer. Foutaise ils ne veulent plus de personnes au dessus de 50 ans et en plus j'ai un DEP en electronique reparation d'appareils audiovisuel. Pas d'emploi dans ce domaine. Salaire minimum partout ou presque. On m'a menti sur toute la ligne. Y a des personnes qui veulent vraiment travailler et on ne veut pas d'eux et qui sont tres competents comme moi. Dans le temps, j'allais voir le patron et il m'engagait toujours de suite parce qu'il voyait a quel point je suis bon. Mais lui c'etait un patron, donc mon avis est que c'est mieux de chercher une job par soi-meme que d'embarquer dans une machine pleine de mensonges. Voila. Desole mais je suis franc. Merci. Serge Lavallee Hello, My opinion on the investment agencies. I'm in my fifties, I do a lot of sport. I do not do my age. I am in perfect physical shape. It's 3 interviews I go to the factory or I know the work by heart. I did it for years. I have a great experience of plastic factories, rubber. I am made to believe all sorts of false reasons for not employing myself. Bullshit they do not want more people over 50 years and in addition I have a DEP in electronics repair of audiovisual devices. No job in this field. Minimum wage almost everywhere. I was lied down the line. There are people who really want to work and we do not want them and who are very competent like me. In the meantime, I was going to see the boss and he was always hiring me because he saw how good I am. But he was a boss, so my opinion is that it's better to look for a job on your own than board a machine full of lies. Here is. Sorry but I'm honest. Thank you. Serge Lavallee

Worked for Uni-Select which is an auto parts distributor for past 30 yrs.I ran a receiving dept. for 6 yrs. Tasks included unloading trucks with forklift and delagating the work load to the workers. Am also interested in a driving position for local del. Have a regular class drivers lic. Speak both english and french.Graduated from Alexander Galt High School in Lennoxville.Auto parts delivery driver is also an option that i would consider.
