 Very nice place and great variety of clothes. The only thing I don't like is that you only put songs in English ... We have some very good rappers from Quebec, don't we?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pas le meilleur des services ,surtout sur le coter des souliers mais pas grave j’ai été a granby et le services etais parfait :) setais peut etre juste une mauvaise journee pour lemployer ca arrive aussi :)
not the best of services, especially on the side of the shoes but no big deal I was in granby and the services were perfect :) maybe it was just a bad day to use it happens too :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai été magasiné ce jeudi au Empire Bromont et mon expérience client a été incroyable. Un beau bonjour en entrant, de l’aide avec mes grandeurs et un service jusqu’aux cabines d’essayages. Les employés étaient tous de bonne humeur et ça fait du bien de voir ça avec tout ce qu’on vit. Un petit spécial pour la gérante Carolanne aux caisses. Vraiment un bon service c’est sur que je vais y retourner !!!
I was shopped this Thursday at Empire Bromont and my customer experience was incredible. A nice hello on entering, help with my sizes and service to the fitting rooms. The employees were all in a good mood and it's good to see that with all that we're going through. A little special for the manager Carolanne at the checkouts. Really good service I'm sure I'll go back!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was contacted by Empire after leaving 3 stars. They wanted to know more. Well, here you go: some of the franchises are great, with excellent and knowledgeable employees, but their online customer service bites. I've spent absurd amounts of money at this store. Placed an order for two items. Added both to the cart and checked out only to realize that one of the items hadn't registered. Placed another order and got double charged for shipping. Called customer service to ask them to merge the order or reimburse me for the shipping cost of ONE of the orders. Apparently that's IMPOSSIBLE to do (clearly not the case as I've been reimbursed for shipping in the past when my item arrived 5 days late). Seems like a bad way to treat a loyal customer.
