★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist or call centre agent doesn’t clarify any information of the customer resulting in sending the tow truck driver to wrong address which was at a different province. In the end, just sending the driver took over more than an hour. We also had to make multiple follow-up calls for the tow-truck driver.
