★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just picked up our boat from Emerald Isle after Brian, Barry and Winston installed a new outboard motor. Could not be happier with their service and knowledge of the product. Winston took me for a test run and answered all of my questions and didn't rush me once. Will always use Emerald Isle for my boating needs and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the utmost worst marina i have ever been to in my life. Instead of greeting us with a warm welcome we were asked right away how long we were staying as if they did not have the space for us when they had various spaces available!! We decided to continue our travels and it got very dark and were driving in the wrong direction and instead of offering to help us the staff at emerald isle were yelling at us and told us we could not stay there! When people are in need of help you should have some type of care to help them but not this marina instead they shunned us away as if were animals and would not let us stay. Don't ever go to this marina horrible evil stuck up rude people i sincerely hope they close down because they have the worse customer service they need to close down!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been dealing with these guys for over 40 years and I highly recommend them for boat repairs, storage and gas. My kids look forward to trips here for the penny candy and ice cream at the store. Emerald Isle Marina is a part of our Cottage Life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we rented a boat from egan boat rentals on June 29 2019 amazing people by the way!!! at around 10pm at night we finally made it to a Marina as we couldn’t see anymore and it took us for ever to find this disgusting place with disgusting people as we are not to familiar with the waters in this area! we had kids on our boat and rather than the people from this place coming to help us!!! they stood a far and a whole bunch of fat women started yelling at us that we are not aloud to dock at their Marina we explain that we barely made it to this destination as it was way too dark and couldn’t see anymore rather than helping us they said absolutely not into leave their docking area!!!! we had no choice but to anchor in the middle of the water with kidssss!!!!!! only to wake up in the morning to see we almost hit shore you people who own or work at this place are evil!!!!
pathetic heartless people and i pray that if you have kids your kids never feel what my kids felt. and from what i know all boaters no matter what size of boat they have and marinas if someone is in distress on open water you are obligated to legally help! LOSERS!
