★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been a month since ordering a septic pump which was to take 7-10 days to arrive. Still waiting…. This company has no idea where it is, where it is coming from, or when it will arrive. They promise to look into it & call back, but they still have not. We have called repeatedly with absolutely no answers. We had to prepay over $1600.00 for this pump. I will not deal with this company again.
