β β β β β I have been using Garth Mortgage brokerage services since 2001 for new purchases, renewals, and condo investments. I did not hesitate to use EMC Mortgage again to close on my Burnaby Condo presale in 2020. I was surprised that Garth had time to handle my file, a complex one at that. Garth sorted his way through mortgage rules, my rental incomes, our salaries, investments, and debt to find a credit union to issue a mortgage for the condo that closed on Dec. 16, 2020. Garth worked with me for a good six months to prepare for the final closing. There is the ease of me giving the information through email and esigning without having to meet at an office. This method makes even more sense during Covid social distancing . Thank you Garth, and the whole EMC team for the mortgage on the investment condo.

β β β β β EMC and specifically our broker Leo Addington are exceptionally skilled and customer relationship driven. We started our mortgage process a couple of years ago when we were in the process of buying a presale home. Leo was with us every step of the way to help us figure out what we could afford and help us to recognize all of the hidden costs of purchasing a home. Almost two years later our home is almost ready and we are finally completing the details of our mortgage. We have received the same exceptional care and attention at every step of the process and will be sticking with Leo and EMC when in about 5 years it comes time to refinance. If you are looking for an amazing broker and brokerage congratulations you have found them.
