Very good customer service. I wanted red kidney beans, I called them before I drive to the store and asked if they have the red beans, Lady on the phone told me to wait on line to see if they have about 3 minutes she answered back and told me that they have, So I drove to the store and bought the red beans also they were new good red beans. I’m so happy with their customer service Thanks

Great produce, great meat selection, great deli, great bakery and all other things Mediterranean. The store is well lit and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love the chicken shawarma at Sunbake Pita and you can buy all the ingredients here and make your own at home. I will definitely come back again and do recommend this place. The prices on the produce are reasonable and good quality. We have been wanting to come to this location as we have shopped a lot at their other location at 113A St and 132 ave, that location is smaller and crowded but this location is much larger and more open. I still love both locations. I love the fresh Dolma, hummus, Fayatar and Kafta. The meat department is awesome and will try to accommodate your needs if what you’re looking for if not on the shelf, for instance my wife wanted a smaller size of Kafta package and it was no problem. Great service.

Great prices and quality of foods. The family is known for philanthropic efforts all over Edmonton. We lost a great noble man this week, the grandfather: Mohamed Elsafadi (Abo Ali), who founded the Supermarket way back in the day. So today when I went by, it was closed due to funeral proceedings. A great family and very well liked by the neighbourhood. I can't say enough about the founder and what gift he left for us. He brought us together through this Supermarket. May God Bless him and join him with the Righteous. Ameen ❀️

What a great grocery store. This place us amazing from the moment you walk in. You smell the aroma of middle eastern spices. A great selection of authentic arab and oriental foods. From the sweets shop which serves fresh baklava, to the deli. Oh and the meat shop, fresh and the best meat in edmonton. Walk up and down the aisles and feast your eyes in a selections of foods, only limits is what your imagination can cook. We saved the best for last. The staff here are amazing. From the owner himself greeting you and helping you throughout the store, to the rest of the staff. You truly feel that this is how small town shopping is. Lots of parking and very easy to get, these guys don't disappoint.

I give a 5 star review even though the store is not 100% perfect. Prices of produce sometimes slightly higher than other stores and less quality, but most of the times very good prices and a lot more produce selection than most of other stores. Deli, meat and bakery sections are always 5 star, never had any issues with these departments since the store opened. Very friendly and responsible staff and management, had an issue with my credit card one day was double charged for a single transaction, talked to a manager a few days later and money was refunded on the spot no issues.

This's a nice place to shop. Their food product quality is good and customer service is also good. The gas prices at this place are amazing. No one can beat their price as far as I came across.

I've been coming here for years and for the most part it's been good. Lately, I've had some sickening experiences. Let's put aside the fact that the cashiers for the most part don't smile and have bad attitudes. But a few weeks back I bought a container of sour cream. When I came home I realized it was two days beyond its expiry date. Should it really be my responsibility to check that? I should be able to trust that they're putting quality products on the shelf. Today was the tipping point. I bought a pack of chicken for $15 as I usually do. I came home and as soon as I opened it, the most absolute sour smell came out. I smelled each chicken breast and it was sour beyond belief. I'm sickened and will never in my life shop here again. Maybe commit to quality and customer service more because this is unacceptable.
