Trevor came out right away for a free consultation in order to give us a quote to remedy the issue and even helped us with some options so that we could start getting the work done in stages from most urgent to cosmetic/personal preference finishes. After work was completed we had some furtherquestions pertaining to the work completed and Trevor took our call that day and scheduled another free appointment to come out and provide us further explanation and guidance. We had a very good experience from first call to final touches. They made sure a negative situation ended with a positive experience. We would recommend Trevor and Elms Weeping Tile to anyone that needs foundation help.

Was provided with all possible scenarios and quoted on the worst case scenario but the excellent work done initially resulted in minor repair work. Greatly appreciated the honesty of what was found. I was also told to call if any future problems arose for another quick response. Nice to deal with a considerate business!

He ended up replacing our weeping tile and even went as far as digging up the basement floor to put in additional weeping tile and a second sump pump. (Our house was built on a spring and the original weeping tile was not put in properly). The service from day one was outstanding. The guys were professional and prompt. Trevor will still answer his phone a year later regarding any questions we may have. I cannot express our gratitude. Trevor saved our basement and our house. Highly recommended.

Trevor was the only one that would come see it that same day instead of "early next week." He came over that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. (crack in foundation by a window). There was a crew there the next MORNING to make the repair. Fast economical service. Would definitely be my first call if another issue arrives.

Elms (who BTW had nothing to do with the original basement and weeping tile) came and facilitated a repair whereby both corners were hydro-vacked and sealed with a rubber membrane. The cost was very reasonable. One corner has been good since. The other was much tougher to cure and Elms were required to come back a few times to try different methods of repair. Trevor the owner knows all the tricks and finally I believe he had fixed our issue. Of all this the most amazing thing was we’re never been charged anything after the first repair ... amazing. This is service that goes beyond anything you see these days and there is no business I have ever encountered that stands behind their work like these guys. Need basement or weeping tile work done? This is the only call you need to make ... period. BTW they also do Radon testing and remediation.
J	Jay Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was quoted 40% more then lenbeth weeping tile for the same scope of work, owner (Trevor) spend 3 minutes at my house, over quoted and didnt take anytime to discuss the issue, was rude and very pointed, learn some respect and how to treat people Trevor. Seems like the company is more concerned with overcharging and rushing through quotes then offering competetive pricing and good customer service.

On tuesday june 1st 2021, elms weeping decided to park their truck infront of my house to block my driveway in fear of blocking my neighbor.(as much sense as that makes) In doing so they totaled the front end of my mint condition 1998 corolla with lots of personal touches. No one came to my door, i found out by leaving for work and seeing my car smashed infront of my house. The young man said his boss was on the way. Upon his boss arriving he came at ME with attitude telling me to calm down after having my property destroyed infront of my own house at no fault of my own. Trevor the company owner repeated that we will not be going through insurance and he would take care of me as long AS ITS NOT $6000-7000. This made me feel like i could trust him because he seemed to realize how much the car meant to me as he discussed the cars he put time into and has owned. Well guess what, my claim was much less than that amount and he decided that is would be easier and cheaper for him to go through insurance and not keep his word. Upon calling him, he became a completely different person who did not want to handle his problem and began swearing. For a business, the owner not keeping his word reflects very poorly on his company. Truely disgusted. Big untrustworthy bully.
