★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner of this park is a complete crook i would strongly advise anyone who is considering putting a trailer here to look elsewhere i trusted my trailer on his property only for him to steal items off of it , he is the owner and the person who should be enforcing the rules but in this case he makes his own rules and pretty much does whatever he feel like regardless if it belongs to him or not .... I HAVE ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.AND I AM LOOKING TO SEE WHAT OTHE AVENUES AND CAN GO THROUGH TO ENSURE THIS MAN CAN NOT KEEP TREATING PEOPLE THIS WAY.
BEWARE !!!!!! DO NOT PUT YOUR TRAILER HERE PEOPLE PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE THIS MAN IS AN ABSOLUTE CROOK AND A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE PLZ LOOK ELSEWHERE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elm Grove trailer park has the wrong Google map address. I was directed to the property of a really nice 79 year old woman who explained to leave her distress from people and delivery items showing up on her property for Elm Grove across the street. I am suggesting that someone look into this matter and correct it before this nice old lady becomes too stressed out, and we that will cause only more of a problem. I think the owners at Elm Grove park should not be so rude and to address this matter if they want a good recommendation from myself. If you are the owner of this property I've heard stories about you being very rude in your responses towards this women that lives across the street from your park. 432 catering road is not your address it belongs to the lady across the street so please find a way to correct this ASAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been going to this trailer park for about 20 years. Great place but no lake water. There is a nice pool on site. There is a cow farm next door. The cows and shadow the horse are fun to feed but can smell nasty at times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were here to visit friends who are about half through their first season here. This is a nice little park, very clean and well kept from what we saw on our weekend here. I can't comment on the washroom and showers as they've been Covid'd this year. Friendly people . You're 10 minits out of Sutton and good camping related shopping. Lake Simcoe is nearby as well for the water lovers. It was all quiet by 11PM. Very nice seasonal park .
